The Auction will feature horse drawn wagons, carriages, sleighs, and coaches for sale either at auction or privately. Last year we had more than 150 horse drawn vehicles!

Victorian Sleigh Hearse Manufactured by T. Desilets of Victoriaville P.Q. (province of Quebec). Beautifully restored hearse (circa 1860). Ornatetly detailed one of a kind museum quality.

Brewster Sidebar Runabout Serial # 25882 Built July 1911, Sold Oct 1911 Features Hunter’s green paint, offset wheel spokes, numbered brass hubs. Exceptional condition. Arguably one of the rarest, most collectible and valuable of carriages of its size every built. This suspension system was, in its day, the halcyon of carriage engineering. This beauty has been in the Monte Rumgay family holding for decades.

New Stagecoach Abbot & Downing style with roller bearings, hydraulic and mechanical brakes. Full-size, exceptional workmanship. Ready for private and/or commercial use.

Stagecoach Reproduction, A & D style, fully appointed, top workmanship.

Circus Cage Wagon Sitting on what looks to be a circa 1870 fith-wheel running gear, a beautiful Gypsy-style Circus Cage Wagon with complete and operable cage. Though it looks to be over 130 years old, the gear is sold. Also looks to be original paint. This wagon belonged for a time to Twentieth Century Fox and was used in the movie Escape from Planet of the Apes. It will be offered including Lion and Tiger training box-stands, and antique wooden jump rings, along with additional antique circus paraphernalia.

Kimball Bros. Carriage Elegant original Kimball Bros Jump-seat Platform Buggy with highly unusual elliptical, side-spring suspension manufactured by Kimball Bros of Boston and sporting the original paper plate. Many fine detail features. Rear Seat lifts out. All wood finish with nice upholstery. True collector’s vehicle (More pictures at bottom of page)

Mark Hopkins's Mountain Wagon Carriage A classic, historical four wheeled vehicle built in approximately 1875 by California Carriage Manufacturing. It was built for Mark Hopkins of the "Big Four", builders of the first transcontinential railroad. The Henry Ford Museum acquired this piece in November, 1936.

Hearse Original running gear - topside new

Sheep Wagon (camp style) Late 1800's sheep wagon restored to its original state. Was used in the Buffalo Wy. area. (More pictures at bottom of page)

Vis a Vis Top end commercial carriage built in Minnesota by Amish.Comes with tounge and shafts. Removable passanger doors. Extension top, hydraulic brakes and lamps. Comes with Swallow tail coat and top hat. Also extra fender.

Hunters roof seat break With Dog Box under seat. Beautiful.

Rockaway Carriage Original red and gold interior (faded, but in good condition). Manufactured in approximately 1890. Finish in fair condition. Amish restored rubber wheels.

Bread Wagon Bakery Cart originally used in commercial service in Philadelphia. Thought to be original paint. Outstanding condition. Highly unusual commercial horsedrawn vehicle. (More pictures at bottom of page)

Doctors Buggy

Heavy duty freight wagon all new with roller bearings. A show piece.

Dutch Arreslee Dutch Arreslee called a Tikker. In absolutely PERFECT conditon. Museum quality. Used for show only once. Completely hand carved in Holland, wooden dragon on front. Sleigh runners on track with wheels for use on road or non-snow/ice conditions. Single passenger up front and drive on back seat. Typically used with Freisian horses but beautiful in any turnout.

Hunters Trap w/ Dog Box, made 30 years ago. Excellent craftsmanship and high quality materials. This type of cart ws used to take people and their dogs to the hunt. The back seat has a space underneath for the dogs. Both foot and hand brakes. Leather upholstery.
